Return & Exchange Policy
Heir of His will accept and refund all returned items, that are within 20 days of purchase date, if they are returned in original condition. If the product has been worn, has damage, odor, dirt, stains, lint, etc. it is ineligible for refund or exchange. The item must be in new condition, with tag attached - if the tag is missing the product will be ineligible for refund or exchange. All items must be sent back with the receipt to receive refunds and exchanges.
Heir of His values every customer. If any product is returned for refund or exchange and in its original condition but fails to meet our 20-day return policy, you will be provided with a gift card store-credit equal to the amount of your product purchase.
After 30 days from purchase, no products are eligible for refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party; However, If you have placed an order over $100, enjoy your free shipping.
Please send all returns back to the address below and include a note with your name, phone number, order number, and email address letting us know if it's a return or an exchange.
Please keep your tracking number.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). You will be informed if your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected based on our policy.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days - approximately 3-5 business days.
